We’ve got the same problem with Rogers in Canada, even though the service is advertised as bilingual english/french, and we still have to pay for the ones blocked or “lost”, they say they don’t have the technology yet to get those “special characters” 100% of the time, they go through just 50% of the time… duh!

You forgot the O’s, C’s and a couple of others. But something very interesting is the fact that if you use these characters don’t be surprised if your message doesn’t get delivered! T-Mobile system sees them and for whatever reason trashes the message!
