		<description>We&#039;ve got the same problem with Rogers in Canada, even though the service is advertised as bilingual english/french, and we still have to pay for the ones blocked or &quot;lost&quot;, they say they don&#039;t have the technology yet to get those &quot;special characters&quot; 100% of the time, they go through just 50% of the time... duh!</description>

		<description>You forgot the O&#039;s, C&#039;s and a couple of others. But something very interesting is the fact that if you use these characters don&#039;t be surprised if your message doesn&#039;t get delivered! T-Mobile system sees them and for whatever reason trashes the message!</description>
