How To: Use the Dock to quickly move your Apps

It’s no secret that I have had quite a few crashes with my iPhone since upgrading to the 2.0.2 firmware, and subsequently I have spent more than my fair share of time moving application icons from page to page trying to get things arranged how they were “pre-crash”. On top of that, often updating an app will cause it to move to the first open space on your iPhone, even if that spot is on page 1 and the app used to be on page 3. “Option+e+e” on the computer is not an option on the iPhone’s keyboard.

If you’re new to the iPhone and its multi-function keyboard, you may not know that it is capable of generating far more characters than you see by default. Sure, hitting that “123″ button will give you some numbers and a couple punctuation symbols, and sure, from that screen hitting the little “#+=” button will give you even more characters, but did you know you can type all sorts of freaky characters with a simple trick?
